Our inspections are held to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding WA State guidelines. They include a thorough inspection of the entire home's accessible parts including plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, foundation and structure, crawl space, attic, roof, etc. We strive to stay up to date with the latest technology, using thermal imaging scanners to detect leaks, missing insulation, and other deficiencies not visible to the naked eye and high-resolution drones for homes with hard-to-access rooftops (as allowed by local government ordinances). We are certified to inspect sewer systems and carry top-of-the-line sewer scope equipment. An easy-to-read written and picture report will be emailed to you within 24 hours; oftentimes the same day. Our field manager has experience as a contractor and a builder and is available to help with questions regarding repairs, suggestions, and referrals for qualified contractors.
